The Feminine Rising Retreat is where we come to remember who we are.

To reconnect with our own divinity.

To fix our crown.

To dance, howl, cuddle, cry, and belly laugh until we’re crying again.

To share food, silence, song, a look that says I see you sister.

To soak our souls in love, abundance & bliss.

To fill our cup so that it overflows into all that we are and all that we do.

“I knew instinctively I needed to say YES to this Retreat… and I loved every single magical moment of it.

I arrived feeling very frazzled, drained and quite emotional about some personal things happening in my life… I left feeling uplifted, inspired, excited and so supported by the incredible group of women I was lucky enough to share the experience with.

Alice and Melissa held the space so beautifully, their energy is amazing and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more from the weekend! I’ve known and worked with Alice for years, as my coach and friend, and as soon as she shared the retreat I booked my spot, I didn’t even need to think about it. Melissa greeted me like a long lost friend and shares a wisdom far beyond her years.

I talk about practicing self-care and prioritising your mental health & well-being A LOT but it’s easier said than done, let’s be honest. This weekend I practiced what I preach and put self-care at the top of my priorities. I invested in my myself and trusted my intuition. I said a big sparkly YES and it still feels bloody amazing!

I felt so safe, so held and so replenished, Alice and Meli created a very special container for healing and awakening surrounded by nature. We laughed, we cried, we danced, we tapped, we sang, we howled and we connected on a level I’ve experienced only a few times in this life. Thank you Sisters from the bottom of my heart.”

Our home for the weekend

When we discovered The Quaives our hearts skipped a beat and we knew we'd found the home of the Feminine Rising Retreat. Everything has/is energy - people, places, spaces, so our environment plays an important role in our experience.

Nestled in the heart of the Canterbury countryside (yet only a 52min train ride from London) there are secret gardens, a wood fired hot tub, hammocks and sun loungers for chilling, and even a tennis court if you fancy a game.

“The Feminine Rising Retreat was just what my soul needed.”
— Laura Hogan
“I learned that safe spaces exist so you don’t have to hide behind a mask to feel safe. I learned to soak into my body memory being seen without fear of being hurt. I learned the importance of being able to share my fears and dreams without fear of being judged. Seek out those who make you feel supported and seen. You can experience all these things with people who want to know who you truly are. These are not luxuries but human needs that deserve to be fulfilled. Thank you Alice & Melissa for enabling the safe space for this experience and learning.”

“This retreat was just something else! The space was held so beautifully from day one that we all started SEEING and CONNECTING with each other almost immediately. This allowed a sense of community to form very early on the retreat which then rippled throughout the weekend making every meditation, yoga session, workshop, ceremony so powerful and healing.

I came with one very close friend of mine and came back with 16 new sisters! Many of them are within walking distance from me and will definitely be seeing again. A synchronicity I love as I wouldn’t have met them if it wasn’t for the retreat.

A HUGE thank you for such an experience!”

“The Feminine Rising Retreat, hosted by Alice and Melissa, was just as I expected: wholesome, reflective, sublimely organised, and the perfect blend of calming and invigorating.

But there were also many, many things that I couldn’t have predicted. The relief and reflection that came with collective silence, and the way in which this silence bonded me further with the women participating. The deep feeling of pride that I had done something good for myself. A weekend free from shame and negative talk. A safe space to take what was calling to me, and (gracefully) leaving behind what wasn’t. Gently allowing past storylines to reappear while sharing in the group and feeling no judgement; just acknowledgement and gratitude for the space to share it in. Remembering how good it feels to trust in others - as well as myself - via partnered yoga. Dancing one moment, and escaping to the garden to be alone the next. It was a much-needed weekend of reflection and release.

I’m very grateful to Alice & Melissa for their work and gentle push to open doors I’m currently closing on myself. Their guidance is a gift.”
